MagiBox is the encrypted content platform behind training-school chains, individual teachers, and enterprise learning programs from Singapore to Sydney. Upload once. Deliver to every classroom, campus, or device. Lose nothing.
A single franchisee leaks the master deck on WhatsApp. Your $80,000 Kuala Lumpur deal walks before you finish onboarding. You never find out which campus.
Your top instructor resigns and takes two years of courseware on a thumb drive. You'd spend a year rebuilding what they took in fifteen minutes.
Your operations manager spends six hours a week version-controlling PPT files across campuses that won't sync to the right deck. The wrong campus teaches last quarter's material on Monday.
MagiBox removes the file from the equation. Teachers play courseware. They don't possess it.
Encryption happens before the upload finishes. The original file never lands on a public disk.
Bangkok-Sukhumvit only. All twelve KL franchisees. Or "everyone except the campus that hasn't paid this month."
The PPT plays inside MagiBox. Right-click "Save As" does not exist. Screen recorders log nothing.
Three campuses opened the lesson. One teacher is twelve minutes in. Activity dashboard updates in real time.
We make the original file unreachable. Teachers see pixels; the file lives encrypted on our servers. The leakage paths you're worried about — USB copy, email forward, screenshot, screen record — are all blocked at the OS level. The remaining risk is someone pointing a phone camera at the screen, which is a problem no software can solve.
Their account expires the moment you say so. Existing devices stop launching the app within 60 seconds. Cached files on their disk become unreadable — they're encrypted with a key only the active license can request.
Once a courseware file is cached on the device (which happens automatically the first time it's played), MagiBox runs offline for up to 7 days. After that, it needs a brief online check.
Yes. MagiBox is built outside the China firewall. Bahasa Indonesia interface is on the roadmap (Q2 2026). The Singapore data center serves Jakarta in under 30ms.
Drag and drop. We have a bulk-import script for organized folder structures (we'll run it for Enterprise tier). Average migration: 800 files in under 90 minutes.
Yes. Bangkok per-day, Sydney annual, KL perpetual — all from the same HQ dashboard. Mix and match as your franchisees scale.
You set the trigger. Auto-suspend after 7 days overdue, email warnings on day 1 / 3 / 5, hard cutoff on day 14. Or override per-campus if you want to give a partner more time.
Demo call to live: 5–10 days for Starter, 2–3 weeks for Growth. The bottleneck is your courseware library prep, not our setup.
Monthly tiers: cancel anytime, no refund for the current month. Annual tiers: cancel within 14 days for full refund. After that, you keep access until the term ends.
Yes. We will return your original files (the ones you uploaded), unencrypted, on encrypted media, within 30 days of cancellation. Your IP is yours.
If you're recording paid lessons or selling a course, yes. Free tools assume you trust everyone. Solo plan is $19/mo — cheaper than what you'd lose to one leaked recording.
Q1 2026: smart courseware tagging and search. Q2 2026: live in-class translation (ZH-EN-TH-MS-ID). Q3 2026: AI lesson-preparation assistant. Q4 2026: AI student-work assessment. We ship on quarter boundaries, not on hype cycles.
